Glattbrugg, 17 January 2023 - The corporate catering and facility management provider Sodexo Switzerland has been named "Top Employer 2023". This was the first time that the company, which belongs to the Sodexo Group, had undergone this certification.

The award is presented by the internationally active Top Employers Institute. It evaluates companies in terms of modernity and effectiveness in their human resources work with a focus on fairness, equality, and employee development.

"We are extremely pleased to have received this award," says Sabrina Schlosser, HR Director Sodexo Switzerland. "In recent years, we have worked specifically on optimising processes and structures and creating added value in the form of additional services and employee benefits that go beyond the normal standard. This award shows that our efforts are bearing fruit and we are on the right track."

People are the focus at Sodexo Switzerland

Sodexo Switzerland offers its employees many conveniences. For example, holidays can be added on if they fall on the weekend.
