Flexible spaces and versatile materials will be crucial to creating places that can be continuously improved. “People are not coming to the office to be in the office anymore – they are coming to accomplish something such as a brainstorming session in the team,” says Gabriel Huber, CEO Sodexo Schweiz. “If you're there for collaboration, the space needs to be versatile and transformative so that people can interact as they need to.”
