The catering services and facility management company Sodexo Switzerland has appointed Pascaline Dierbach (48) as the new Head of Finance. As of 1 September, she will succeed Marta Pruneddu as a member of the Executive Board, who is moving to the fenaco company as CFO. Pascaline Dierbach has many years of international experience in finance and previously worked at Manor AG and Migros Industrie AG.

"I am very pleased that with Pascaline Dierbach we have been able to recruit an experienced personality with proven financial and management expertise as CFO for our Executive Board," says Gabriel Huber, CEO Sodexo Switzerland. In her last two positions, Pascaline Dierbach (48) was Controlling Director at Manor AG and Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at Migros Industrie AG.

She started her career at British American Tobacco Group (BAT), where she worked for 15 years in various financial functions. Pascaline Dierbach is a dual Belgian-Swiss citizen and holds a Master in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Zurich. "I am looking forward to the dynamic environment and the interesting growth and transformation phase in which Sodexo Switzerland finds itself," says Dierbach about her new role as Head of the Finance Department and Member of the Executive Board.

Pascaline Dierbach will take over responsibility for Sodexo Switzerland's finances on 1 September 2022 from Marta Pruneddu, who is moving to the fenaco company as Head of Finance. "Marta Pruneddu has strengthened the structures in our finance department and further developed our processes, for which we are very grateful to her," says Gabriel Huber.
